Lead Generation Specialist - IT Service

Eligibility: 2 to 3 years Drive qualified outbound opportunities for Custom Software Development, Resource Augmentation, and Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation Solutions through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, cold calling, and targeted email sequences. Build and execute personalized outbound campaigns targeting Business organizations in the United States. Execute multi-touch outbound follow-up sequences consistently. Generate qualified discovery meetings and sales opportunities for the senior sales team. Maintain daily outbound activity targets across email, LinkedIn outreach, calls, and follow-ups. Segment accounts based on industry, company size, geography, technology usage, and business requirements. Maintain CRM hygiene using HubSpot CRM. Update lead status, outreach activities, follow-up schedules, meeting updates, prospect notes, and pipeline tracking. Ensure proper lead qualification before scheduling meetings. KPI Management & Performance Tracking Own SDR performance by driving qualified meetings, SQL generation, response and conversion rates, outreach volume, lead qualification accuracy, and overall pipeline contribution.
