Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Lead Generation Executive located in Nevada, US. In this position, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing new leads, conducting detailed market research, and developing relationships with potential clients using your effective communication and sales skills. You will work towards achieving sales targets, contribute to business growth, and collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies for lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase capabilities. Convert leads into closed deals, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Growing global bookings and revenue. Take personal responsibility for finding new customers through networking, lead follow-up, cold calling, etc. Thoroughly understand each business line within your designated customers and navigate the organization effectively in order to identify opportunities to extend the Salesforce solution and help organizations solve critical problems in other segments of the organization. Strategic account planning. Develop plans and resource requirements to drive our existing customers to upsell and add new products. Analyze and measure account plans for customer and company success. Effectively identify prospective customer mobilizers and build consensus among key stakeholders. Manage complex sales cycle within new clients by mapping customers decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing business deals. Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales strategies and improve product offerings based on client feedback. Travel to client sites, networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed to build relationships and generate business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
