Lead Generation / Qualification Agent

We are looking for a Lead Generation / Qualification Agent to identify potential B2B clients, generate qualified leads, and initiate meaningful conversations for our IT, Salesforce, AI, and SaaS services. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, databases, and other channels. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists. Conduct outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. Understand prospects' business needs and qualify opportunities based on budget, requirements, authority, and timeline. Schedule qualified meetings with the sales team. Maintain accurate lead and activity information in CRM. Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities. Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth lead handover. Track outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Continuously test and improve lead-generation strategies. Requirements13 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, SDR/BDR, or appointment setting . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM, and lead-generation tools. Good understanding of IT services, Salesforce, SaaS, AI, or software development is preferred. Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers. Strong follow-up and qualification skills. Comfortable working with targets and KPIs. .
