What Youll Be Doing You will play a critical role in the ongoing multi-market modernization of our finance technology estate, which in turn will transform the way we do finance business. Your initial focus will be on analyzing market legacy systems (like EPM and ERP) and mapping as-is finance data and processes to the global ERP standards and targetstate solutions. Furthermore, you will have the following focus areas in your role: - Gather and document detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements related to ERP finance processes, data models, interfaces, and reporting through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing solutions. - Analyse endtoend finance processes (e.g. RecordtoReport, OrdertoCash, SourcetoPay) and underlying ERP data structures to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for standardisation. - Define and document finance data mappings between source systems, ERP platforms, and downstream reporting solutions, including transformation and validation rules. - Collaborate with ERP product teams, architects, and vendors to ensure solutions align with finance requirements, ERP standards, architecture governance, and enterprise data principles. - Produce and maintain clear documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, interface definitions, and data mappings. - Act as an interface between Finance, IT, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of system scope, data dependencies, and delivery impacts. - Support the definition of systemfocused test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and actively contribute to integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), with strong attention to data quality and reconciliation. - Support change activities by contributing to training materials, user guidance, and cutover readiness to ensure smooth adoption of new digital finance solutions. - Identify systemrelated risks, data dependencies, and integration constraints, and support mitigation planning together with delivery and architecture teams. You will be part of the Digital Delivery Services team, where you will work closely with talented IT colleagues, such as Product Owners, Delivery Leads and Solution Architects.
