Data Analyst II - SAP BODS

Experience: 68 years Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities Data Identification & Scoping: Identify, scope, and analyze source data from various legacy ERP systems to determine data types, volumes, and business rules. Data Cleansing & Validation: Lead data profiling, cleansing, and validation efforts to ensure pristine quality prior to loading into SAP. Conversion & Migration: Design, develop, test, and execute SAP BODS data conversion and migration strategies across diverse SAP modules. Hands-on Implementation: Serve as a core contributor in SAP implementation/rollout projects, taking complete ownership of end-to-end data pipelines from source extraction to target SAP loading. Quality & Performance Optimization: Test, run, and optimize BODS jobs and ETL workflows to maintain high code quality and optimal processing performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with functional module leads and business stakeholders to map legacy data to SAP target structures seamlessly. Must-Have Qualifications Core Expertise: 6 to 8 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in SAP BODS focusing specifically on data conversion and migration. ERP to SAP Migration: Proven track record of migrating data from non-SAP or legacy ERP platforms into SAP environments. SAP Module Familiarity: Direct experience working with and understanding key SAP functional module data structures. Data Lifecycle Management: Solid experience in data profiling, volume handling, cleansing, validation, and error handling within BODS. Implementation Ownership: Clear, articulate track record of direct technical contributions within full-lifecycle SAP implementation projects. Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment. .
