Consultant - Analytics

As a Consultant - Analytics with the Blue Matter Team, you will work collaboratively with senior internal team members to address critical business issues in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals and deliver value through providing innovative and actionable solutions to our clients. Primary Responsibilities:Research and deep dive into data sets and information sources based on the context and business requirementsAnalyze the data and extract key insights, opportunities, and threatsDevelop and apply advanced statistical models and perform advanced analytics that helps clients understand dynamic business issues and solutionsBuild models using Excel/VBA, SAS, Alteryx and other tools to assess the effects on business operations/sales/marketing based on different permutations and combinations.Work closely with internal stakeholders to create solutions plans and deliver client impactDevelop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on all aspects of projectsMentor/coach junior associates to deliver high-quality outputDesign custom solutions and develop recommendations for the client by applying analytical techniquesCreate visually rich, engaging and efficient tools such as PowerPoint, Tableau, Qlik, to communicate the insights.Required Experience and Skills 3-5 years of work experience in Analytics or as an Associate Consultant in analyticsAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel/SQL/Alteryx/R/PythonKnowledge of PowerPoint and visualization tools to represent insightsExcellent analytical and communication skillsAbility to work across global cross-office teams. .
