Role: Associate Director/Group Head - Sponsorship Sales - Dentsu Sports Experience: 5 to 6 Years Location: Gurgaon North + East Zone Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Regional Revenue Lead/ Associate Director/ Senior Manager to drive business growth, revenue, and execution across the North + East Zone for the Sports, Gaming, Esports & Live Experiences division. This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of regional business, including revenue target achievement, execution oversight, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives . The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, execution-focused, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while driving business growth in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver regional revenue targets across the North + East Zone, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual goal achievement. Drive end-to-end execution of business initiatives with a strong focus on timely delivery . Build and manage relationships with brands, sponsors, sports federations, leagues, gaming publishers, esports organizations, sports marketing agencies, and key ecosystem stakeholders. Identify and drive new business opportunities and monetization avenues within sports, gaming, sports and live experiences. Ensure solid execution governance through regular reviews, performance tracking, and proactive problem-solving to address business gaps. Collaborate cross-functionally with client leads, marketing, operations, product, legal and central teams to ensure seamless delivery and business outcomes. Lead with strong ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. Key Skills & Competencies Strong track record of revenue ownership and target achievement . High execution rigor with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Understanding of the sports, gaming, esports, media, and entertainment ecosystem . Strong partnership, negotiation, and business development skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Eligibility Prior experience working within the sports ecosystem , with a strong understanding of the sports and media landscape , including commercial, partnership, and content opportunities. Established relationships and experience working with sports governing bodies, leagues, federations, brands, and ecosystem stakeholders will be preferred. 5 to 6 years of experience in revenue, business development, partnerships, or commercial roles. Prior experience in Sports, Gaming, Esports, Media, Entertainment, or Digital businesses preferred. Experience managing regional business performance and execution preferred.
