Location: Hyderabad Work from Office Experience: 5 to 10+ Years Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Process: US Healthcare End-to-End RCM Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for experienced US Healthcare RCM professionals with strong knowledge of the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management process. Candidates with experience in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Calling, Non-Calling, Denial Management, Claims Processing, Payment Posting, and Appeals are encouraged to apply. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling assigned RCM functions while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, productivity, and compliance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end US Healthcare RCM processes. - Process and manage medical claims accurately and within defined turnaround times. - Perform AR follow-up and communicate with insurance companies/payers for calling profiles. - Handle denials, rejections, underpayments, and unpaid claims and take appropriate corrective action. - Work on claims submission, charge entry, payment posting, eligibility & benefits, and appeals. - For non-calling profiles, review and process assigned billing and RCM activities accurately. - For medical coding profiles, review medical documentation and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes as per guidelines. - Identify billing errors and discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. - Follow client-specific SOPs, quality standards, and process guidelines. - Maintain compliance with HIPAA and US Healthcare regulations. - Meet defined productivity, quality, accuracy, and TAT targets. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related issues. - Maintain proper documentation and update system records. - Support process improvement initiatives and assist junior team members when required. - Senior/SME candidates may be responsible for team support, process guidance, and handling escalations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 510+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM. - Strong understanding of end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. - Experience in one or more of the following: - Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Calling, Non-Calling RCM, Denial Management, Claims Processing, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Eligibility & Benefits, Appeals - Strong knowledge of US insurance, payer processes, claims, denials, and reimbursement. - Positive communication skills for calling profiles. - Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and handle process responsibilities effectively. - Candidates with SME/team-handling experience will be preferred. - Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad. - Comfortable working in day or night shifts.
