The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, managing hardware and network operations, supporting cloud environments, and providing end-user technical support. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Windows administration, networking, hardware troubleshooting, cloud platforms, backup & recovery, and IT infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft products.Manage and troubleshoot hardware, networking, and cloud infrastructure.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.Assist in implementing IT security measures.Manage backup and recovery activities.Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues.Support cloud infrastructure and Microsoft services.Maintain IT documentation and support infrastructure improvement initiatives.Participate in system monitoring and performance optimization.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.
