Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive (CA Inter Qualified) to support the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Completion of CA Intermediate (CA Inter) is a mandatory requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.Process invoices, employee reimbursements, vendor payments, and expense reconciliations accurately and on time.Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable while assisting in effective cash flow management.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal financial controls, and company policies.Assist in the preparation of statutory filings, tax compliance, GST/TDS-related activities, and coordination with external consultants.Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of accounting data across financial systems.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve finance-related queries efficiently.Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and manage vendor communications across India, the UK, and Australia.Perform accounting data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Maintain the company's fixed asset register, including asset tagging, depreciation tracking, and record maintenance.Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and contribute to operational efficiencies.Essential Qualifications CA Intermediate (CA Inter) qualification is mandatory.Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.13 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.Experience in the healthcare or service industry will be an added advantage.Required Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Good knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): Do you have CA inter Experience Expected Salary Current Salary Work Location: In person .
