The Business Analyst Finance & Accounts - Workiva Wdata technical architecturePune Contract Hybrid About the RoleThe Business Analyst will support, enhance, and govern the organization's Workiva platform ecosystem, focusing on Wdata architecture, data integration, automation, governance, and reporting enablement. The role acts as a bridge between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong Workiva technical expertise, data management experience, and finance process understanding. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and support the Workiva Wdata architecture and related technical components.Design, develop, and maintain Wdata tables, chains, queries, parameters, tags, and data structures.Develop scalable and reusable solutions aligned with organizational standards and governance requirements.Ensure platform stability, performance, and usability across reporting and data management processes.Support new entity onboarding, solution enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives.Configure and maintain inbound and outbound system integrations.Manage data synchronization across Workiva, source systems, spreadsheets, and reporting documents.Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams to capture requirements and deliver effective solutions.Act as the primary technical escalation point for Workiva-related issues.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.MBA Finance, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Workiva Wdata Certification (Preferred)SQL Certification (Preferred)Data Analytics or Data Management CertificationSAP Knowledge or SAP Finance certification is an added advantageGood to HaveWorkiva Wdata CertificationSQL CertificationSAP Knowledge or SAP Finance certificationWhat We Offer(No information available) .
