Essential Functions Perform periodic compliance review activities and ensure timely delivery. Monitoring mandatory guidelines related to policies and initiating timely reminders and escalations. Assisting management in conducting regular audits to validate compliance to contractual/EXL policy requirements. Liaison with key stakeholders like HR/Technology/ISG/LIFE team to drive compliance activities. Reporting audit findings along with mitigation plan to management in a timely manner; Conduct re audits to validate if identified gaps were remediated and update management. Completing compliance self-assessment as per defined timelines; Primary Internal interactions Manage all compliance activities and report timely to management. Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & Client Driven Audits and assisting in the preparation of audits. Manage the Documentation and Control requirements for all Level 3 documentation for the vertical Drive mandatory awareness training and ensure 100% completion .
