HIRING | COMPLIANCE TESTING ADP/ACP | US RETIREMENT (401K) Location: Pune Experience & CTC: 2.5+ Years 6 to 8 LPA 5+ Years 8 to 10 LPA Shift: US Shift Notice Period: Immediate to 25 Days Looking for: Candidates with strong experience in US Retirement / 401K / Defined Contribution Compliance Testing, especially ADP/ACP testing. Key Responsibilities: Perform defined contribution compliance testing including ADP/ACP, Coverage, Annual Additions & 402(g) testing. Analyze, research and resolve compliance/regulatory issues, escalating to SMEs when required. Ensure timely completion of testing activities as per client, IRS & DOL deadlines. Maintain strong quality controls, self-review calculations, reports and supporting documents. Ensure accurate documentation, audit readiness and adherence to standard process controls.
