SOC L1 Analyst

At i6, we are looking for proactive and enthusiastic SOC professionals to join our 247365 global Security Operations Center. The SOC L1 Analyst will support continuous security monitoring, incident triage, and first-level incident response across multiple client environments. This role involves working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely detection, escalation, and documentation of security incidents while maintaining high operational and reporting standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security alerts across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity platforms Perform initial triage, validation, and escalation of security incidents as per defined playbooks Support end-to-end incident monitoring and documentation throughout the incident lifecycle Utilize SIEM, EDR/XDR, email, and cloud security tools for analysis and investigation Coordinate with internal teams and clients for effective incident response and resolution Ensure adherence to SLAs, processes, and reporting standards Contribute to continuous improvement, threat awareness, and team knowledge sharing Work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 global SOC operations Required Skills & Experience 13 years of experience in SOC or cybersecurity monitoring roles Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar or similar) Exposure to EDR/XDR and identity security tools such as Microsoft Defender or CrowdStrike Understanding of cloud security (Azure/AWS/GCP), networking, and log analysis Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, global SOC environment with a strong team mindset Preferred: CEH, Microsoft Security/Azure certifications, or equivalent cybersecurity credentials.
