We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Gen AI Developer with Salesforce knowledge and up to 3 years of experience to join our technical team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional CRM development and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions while integrating Generative AI capabilities to enhance automation, user experience, and business intelligence. Key Responsibilities - Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using APEX (Classes and Controllers) and Triggers. - UI/UX Development: Build highly responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC). - System Integration: Handle basic integrations between Salesforce and external third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - AI Implementation: Apply Generative AI concepts to build smart workflows, automate routine tasks, and integrate AI models (e.g., LLMs, OpenAI, or Salesforce Einstein GPT) directly into the Salesforce ecosystem. - Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, effective, and well-documented code while maintaining high test coverage and adhering to Salesforce best practices. - Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Experience: Exactly upto 3 years of hands-on professional experience in Salesforce Development. Core Skills & Competencies - Salesforce Core: High proficiency in APEX and Triggers with a strong understanding of governor limits and bulkification. - Frontend Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with JS, HTML, React, and optional (LWC (Lightning Web Components) ). - Integrations: Solid understanding of Basic Integrations (API development, callouts, and handling JSON/XML payloads). - Artificial Intelligence: Proven hands-on experience with Gen AI concepts. This includes an understanding of prompt engineering, integrating large language models (LLMs) via APIs, or working with Salesforce's native AI offerings. - Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize existing codebases. Good to Have - Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, AI Associate). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). .
