Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, for a Deputy Manager Collections/Recoveries. The individual in this position will oversee the collections and recoveries processes, ensuring operational targets are met effectively. Key responsibilities include leading a team of collections agents, monitoring and enhancing team performance, implementing and upholding operational best practices, analyzing collection trends, providing regular reports, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
