Medical Sales Representative Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a confident, presentable, and target-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote Mardamed Healthcares pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Kannada, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics. Candidates with a medical background or prior experience in real estate sales will be given preference. Key ResponsibilitiesRegularly visit doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.Promote Mardamed Healthcare products by clearly explaining benefits, dosage, usage, composition, indications, and safety information.Build and maintain strong professional relationships to increase product awareness and generate prescriptions.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.Plan and execute daily field visits, maintain call records, and submit timely sales and activity reports.Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and retailers to ensure product availability and timely supply.Conduct product presentations, promotional meetings, and awareness activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations.Continuously update knowledge of company products, therapeutic areas, and relevant medical information.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, or related fields preferred.Experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or medical product promotion is an advantage.Candidates with real estate sales experience and strong negotiation skills will also be considered.Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices preferred.Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.Required SkillsFluency in English and Kannada (spoken and written).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales orientation.Ability to explain product information clearly and confidently.Relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.Ethical approach with a positive attitude.CompensationPay: As per market Standards (performance incentives may apply).Work LocationIn-person, field-based role within the assigned territory. .
