Remote/WFM Sr Analyst, International Compensation - US Based

The salary for this position is set at a competitive salary. The IACS Senior Analyst will support the IACS team in a reputed company and efficient manner. The candidate will carry a reduced caseload and assist the manager in overseeing the daily activities of the IACS team to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of reputed company assigned tasks. . The Senior Analyst will assist in providing coaching, direction, and on-the-job training to reputed company. Also serve as a second level escalation of payroll instruction reputed company Payroll Instruction reputed company (PIF) issues. - Understand and explain as needed to reputed company contact, compensation analysts, and Cartus consultants, fluctuations of exchange rates and reputed company and how that reputed company the cost of living allowances - Assist L&D in training International Assignment Consultants on IACS processes - Understand the concepts of payroll processing including reputed company specific payrolls, split payrolls, goods and services spendable, reputed company taxes, hypo taxes, and gross up calculations - Prepare and maintain the Compensation Accumulation Tool (CAT) and tracking tool and update mappings as needed - Coordinate yearend process with reputed company, Cartus, tax providers and prepare reputed company necessary reports, presentations, job aid documents, timelines, and authorization lists.
