Lead Management & Distribution Daily Assignment: Strategically distribute incoming digital leads to Telesales Associates every morning to ensure immediate turnaround time. Pipeline Tracking: Monitor the sales pipeline closely, track conversion timelines within the CRM, and ensure absolutely no guest inquiry or lead drops off unanswered. Lead Quality & Analytics: Categorize data using a lead-scoring routine to prioritize high-potential prospects, and pass large B2B or group-event leads smoothly to field sales managers. 3. Team Leadership & Performance Daily Supervision: Oversee and guide the day-to-day work patterns of the Digital Telesales Associates.
