Purchase & Sales Coordinator Engineering Plastics PIP Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is an importer and supplier of Engineering Plastic Raw Materials, sourcing products from reputed suppliers in South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan and other international markets. We are looking for a Purchase & Sales Coordinator to manage purchase orders with overseas suppliers and coordinate customer sales and delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with overseas suppliers for purchase orders, order confirmations, shipment schedules and delivery status. Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are shipped as per the agreed schedule. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quantities and required delivery schedules. Plan and follow up on customer material requirements and delivery schedules. Ensure timely supply of materials to customers based on their requirements. Monitor and follow up on pending purchase and sales orders. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, sales orders, stock availability and delivery schedules. Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of customer orders. Requirements 25 years of relevant experience in Purchase Coordination, Sales Coordination, Order Processing or a similar role. Experience in the plastic / engineering plastic raw material industry will be an advantage. Good English communication and email drafting skills. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Strong follow-up, coordination and order-management skills. Ability to handle multiple orders and meet delivery schedules. Candidates who have experience dealing with overseas suppliers will be preferred.
