In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Partner with global Trade Compliance and Operations teams to support adherence to international trade regulationsPrepare, validate, and maintain documentation required for global trade compliance and shipment processingContribute to audit readiness activities and support compliance monitoring effortsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve trade-related challenges effectivelyDevelop certification documentation for approval by global trade leadershipEngage with suppliers to assess eligibility and compliance with Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requirementsDesign and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports using Power BI and ExcelDeliver accurate and timely supply chain reports with a focus on on-time delivery and error-free outputsAnalyze sourcing, purchasing, and supplier performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesGenerate insights on key metrics such as on-time delivery, defects per million, spend, lead time, and cost savingsEnsure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and reporting platformsBuild data models and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiencyIntegrate data from enterprise systems including ERP platformsDrive continuous improvement in analytics frameworks and reporting capabilitiesSupport strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights to leadershipWho You Are: You take prompt and effective action in dynamic situations and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
