Purchase Executive | Shendurjane We are hiring a Purchase Executive with 25 years of experience to join our team at Shendurjane. Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, or related field Salary: 68 LPA Responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other required items. The role includes vendor management, purchase planning, negotiation, inventory monitoring, and coordination with internal departments. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers/vendors. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms. Prepare, process, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs). Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other items. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance teams for procurement requirements. Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or excess stock. Track supplier deliveries and ensure timely material availability. Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, and quality concerns. Maintain vendor records, purchase documents, and procurement reports. Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities. Evaluate supplier performance and develop alternate sources when required. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
