Job Title: Oracle HCM & Payroll Functional Consultant Location: Pan India Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM & Payroll Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration, with hands-on experience in payroll flows, reporting tools, and integration processes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform functional configuration of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules. - Manage and troubleshoot Oracle Payroll flows and related processes. - Develop and maintain reports using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP). - Conduct thorough testing and debugging in payroll environments, including parallel payroll support. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently when required. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and Payroll functional configuration. - Robust understanding of Oracle Payroll flows and related processes. - Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP). - Excellent testing and debugging skills in payroll environments. - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. - Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle HCM Certification (if any) - Experience in global payroll implementations .
