We are looking for an SAP ABAP HCM Consultant with 46 years of experience in SAP HCM technical development. The candidate should have handson experience in Core HCM ABAP objects, Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and HR Infotypes. Key Responsibilities Strong ABAP development experience in SAP HCM. Experience with Payroll, PA, OM, Time Management, and HR Infotypes. Development of Reports (Classical/ALV), SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Interfaces. Knowledge of PNP/PNPCE Logical Databases, HR Function Modules, and Payroll Clusters. Experience with BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, User Exits, and BAdIs. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
