General Duties & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and upgrade manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other tools required to execute test plansPerform usability testing for overall system performance, reliability, scalability, and securityCommunicate testing activities and findings effectively, both orally and in writingManage and control daily test activities independentlyProvide internal quality assurance and support the test lead in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategiesOrganize and maintain the test script libraryCarry out other related duties as assigned Education Requirements Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience What You Bring 4-8 years of experience in QA Manual and Autoamtion Testing with AIProficient in software testing methods, tools, and technologiesExperience with quality management practices to deliver defect-free application softwareAbility to Automate test cases using automation and familiarity with object-oriented development tools with AIUnderstanding application development methodologies, including principles, processes, phases, and rolesAbility to write complex queries for primary database engines for data validation and troubleshootingKnowledge of operating systems and application componentsStrong client focus and analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in agile development environmentsCapable of delivering results under pressureExcellent interpersonal, team building, and communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors, and the public FIS Job Level Description Advanced professional role requiring extensive proficiencyDevelop large and/or complex solutions involving analysis and researchLeads multiple projects or serves as a subject matter expertHandles medium to high complexity projects across technical areas and business segmentsCoaches and mentors junior technical staffWorks independently with wide latitude for judgmentTypically requires five or more years of demonstrated experience in software testing which includes automation and AI What We Offer You A multifaceted job with a high degreeA broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities FIS is your final career step!A variety of career development tools, resources, and opportunities Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
