DescriptionThe objective of this Associate Analyst role is to provide technical assistance and support to internal stakeholders utilizing procurement systems and bridge business requirements with functional system configuration to optimize our procurement processes. The Associate Analyst will work closely with the system analysts, engineers and end-users to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth user experience Job Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for system users regarding system-related inquiries, issues, and requests and provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing issues across various procurememt systemsConfigure and maintain business rules, approval chains, purchasing and invoicing workflows, custom fields, templates, and catalogs aligned with procurement processesAssist in configuration, testing and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades, while maintaining data integrity across suppliers, catalogs, and transactions and enforcing standards and controls to ensure accuracy and complianceDevelop, maintain, and continuously update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and system documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across procurement operationsProactively identify opportunities for process enhancement, system optimization, and user experience improvementFoster strong collaboration with teams, to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of support requestsUtilize AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to enhance daily work efficiencyThis position is offered on local terms and conditions. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Associate degree or related experienceComputer science, Information technology, Engineering, Any other related field1-3 years of related experienceExperience with systems' customer support and troubleshooting diverse requestsExperience with configuring approval flows, business rules, forms, catalogs and templatesExcellend communication skills - verbal, writtenProblem solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutionsFamiliarity with Generative AI concepts and prompt writingExposure to AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and NotebookLMPreferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of procurement processesKnowledge of data analytics, integrations and data information toolsExperience in core procurement systems such as Coupa, Ariba S&PHands-on experience using AI tools in projects, internships, or work environmentsKnowledge of automation platforms such as PowerAutomate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, or n8n .
