Experience :- 6 to 10 Years Job Location :- Swargate,Pune Job Description :- - 6-10 years of experience in QA/QC for building projects, with at least 4 years specifically on high-rise residential towers (15+ floors) in India - Solid working knowledge of IS codes relevant to RCC, concrete, steel reinforcement, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, and finishes for building projects - Hands-on experience in preparing and implementing quality plans, ITPs, method statements, and checklists for all major construction activities - Proven experience in conducting material inspections, approving MIRs, and coordinating with labs for concrete, steel, and material testing - Experience in managing NCRs, corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining QA/QC documentation for client/consultant and statutory audits - Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and ensure execution quality as per approved drawings and specifications - On-site experience with developer or reputed contractor on occupied/active or fast-track projects, coordinating with site execution teams and subcontractors Compensation: 800,000.00 - 1,000,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
