Oracle FAH Cloud Accounting Hub Lead

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Cloud for enterprise clients. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to testing and data migration. Your role involves developing custom accounting rules and ensuring accurate integration with external financial systems and ERPs.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle FAH Cloud solutions to support accounting transformations.Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, and testing.Develop and customize accounting rules and logic to ensure correct processing of financial transactions.Oversee the integration of Oracle FAH with external financial systems and ERPs to ensure accurate data transfer.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and technical teams.Required Skills5+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) with hands-on cloud implementation experience.Proven experience leading Oracle FAH Cloud implementations and accounting rules configuration.Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS Financials.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.Experience with data migration processes from legacy systems into Oracle FAH.Proficiency in Oracle FAH reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Smart View.Knowledge of integration frameworks using APIs or middleware solutions.Strong project management skills to lead complex accounting transformation initiatives.Preferred SkillsBachelor's Degree. .
