This role supports both development and production environments and plays a critical role in data integration, reporting, and analytics delivery. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and upgrade SAS software including SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Management Console, SAS DI Studio, and SAS Viya. Manage users, groups, and roles; assign permissions using SAS Management Console. Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SAS DI Studio and Base SAS, ensuring data quality and integrity. Build dashboards and reports using SAS Visual Analytics and Power BI. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Automate recurring tasks and optimize data pipelines. Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. Required Skills Proficiency in SAS Base, SAS Macro, SAS DI Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Visual Analytics, and SAS Management Console Experience with DB2, SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Control-M, JCL, and Git Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence) Experience in reporting and visualization using Power BI and Excel Good-to-Have Azure cloud SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Good English proficiency Team player with excellent problem solving and analytical skills 2 Good communicator - Being able to deal with involved internal/external stakeholders 3 Ability to assess the problem statement/assignment and suggest possible solutions for the same.
