The Chance UST is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, deployment, and operational management of a Compute & AI Server Pre-Production Test Lab hosted within a multi-megawatt hyperscale colocation (Colo) data center. This role is responsible for delivering a world-class engineering lab that enables hardware qualification, firmware validation, system integration, and pre-production testing for next-generation cloud infrastructure. The TPM will own the complete lifecycle of the Colo facilityfrom site selection and design through commissioning, operational readiness, and ongoing facility management throughout the lease term. This highly cross-functional role requires close collaboration with engineering, facilities, supply chain, logistics, colocation providers, OEMs, networking, security, and executive leadership to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective lab operations. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end planning, deployment, commissioning, and operational management of a Compute & AI Server Pre-Production Test Lab within a multi-megawatt hyperscale colocation data center. - Manage data center site selection, technical due diligence, vendor evaluation, facility readiness, and capacity planning for new and existing Colo sites. - Drive lab facility ramp-up, including commissioning, infrastructure deployment, operational readiness, and transition from the colocation provider to engineering operations. - Plan and oversee lab infrastructure design and implementation, including po .
