Senior Sales Officer / Sales Officer HORECA Location: South Delhi Drive growth within the assigned geography by focusing on establishments in the HORECA segment. 2. Responsible to visit customers as per daily journey plan in order to build and maintain relationship with customer, influence their buying behavior and grow their spending while ensuring focus is maintained on high margin products. 3. Target onboarding of new customers in the HORECA segment to meet both customer count and value targets, contributing to the growth of premiumfocused offerings. 4. . Promote and develop sales of specific CPWI products/categories tailored to the advanced culinary needs of HORECA customers. 5. Gather and understand market information from customers/ competition and share same with related stake holders in CPWI. 6. Be the champion of customer information; work closely with the customer to understand their business and direction to be able to identify CPWIs business opportunity with the changing customers needs. 7. Work closely with Reception/Customer service team to ensure customer data accuracy upon membership application; ensure that data adjustment is done according to procedure with respective approvals from related parties 8. Recover customer satisfaction from dissatisfied customers by professionally handling complaint as per procedure and guideline provided. 9. Ensure daily reports are submitted as per process. Keeps up to date with the MIS and analyses necessary reports to adopt the sales strategy in assigned zone as per business plan. 10. Ensure adherence to Company SOPs and highlight if any gaps are observed in implementation. 11. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the respective line manager.
