The role involves driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring business growth in line with organizational goals. The candidate should have prior experience in vehicle loans/finance with Banks or NBFCs. Key Responsibilities: Generate business for commercial vehicle loans through direct sales, dealers, and channel partners. Identify and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, transporters, fleet owners, and other stakeholders. Conduct field visits for customer sourcing, KYC collection, and loan documentation. Ensure timely processing and disbursal of loan applications in coordination with credit and operations teams. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned. Monitor portfolio quality and ensure collections follow-up where necessary. Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management. Key Requirements: 2 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle finance / vehicle loans from Banking or NBFC sector is mandatory. Strong understanding of vehicle loan processes, policies, and market trends. Good network with transporters, fleet owners, and channel partners in the region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. .
