Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Sales Manager-Supply Chain Finance (Anchor Sales) Function/ Department: Transaction Banking Job Purpose: 'Senior Product Sales Manager- SCF (Anchor Sales) is responsible for leading the SCF anchor program management across a designated region. This includes business development to ensure SCF AUM growth, anchor client acquisition, anchors regional office management, credit and risk oversight, and revenue generation. Roles & Responsibilities: ' Lead origination of SCF Anchor Program in new-to-bank Large/ Mid Corporates in the region. Engage with key decision makers at anchor clients for finalizing effective SCF program structure and generation of dealer/ vendor leads under the program on an on-going basis, to create an effective pipeline for SCF-Channel Sales for acquisition of Dealer/ Vendors. For overall active SCF program at bank level, manage the Regional office/team of such Anchors in the respective region to ensure generation and conversion of Dealer/ Vendor leads for SCF AUM growth in the region. Work closely with Coverage RMs, Product team and Trade Sales team to structure SCF proposal/ term sheet to enable sanction of SCF facility to Anchors in the Bank. Implement sanctioned SCF Anchor Programs by working with stakeholders in the Bank and enable on-boarding of Anchors in the respective region to ensure timely implementation and asset utilization for SCF AUM growth. Own and manage the P&L of Anchor portfolio, ensure timely Anchor support to enable overdue collection in Dealer/ Vendor Facilities to ensure SCF AUM growth with adequate controls from Risk and Compliance perspective. Demonstrate strong knowledge of competitors products, market landscape on SCF business. Continuously innovate & customized SCF solutions. Execute business strategy covering product customization, sales & service delivery so as to achieve the SCF aspirations. Guide the Coverage RMs and Trade Sales team on SCF opportunities and solutions to ensure growth in SCF business. Cross-sell CA proposition in Anchor/Dealer/ Vendor ecosystem and explore other Cash management, Trade Finance/ Working Capital solution opportunities in the eco-system value chain. Secondary Responsibilities: 'Manage Fintech channel/ Business Correspondent Channel deployed for on-boarding of Anchor/Dealer/ Vendor Programs under SCF business. Qualifications: Graduate-Any Stream Work Experience: 7+ Years .
