Role Overview- We are looking for a digitally native, culturally aware content enthusiast who understands social media beyond metrics and algorithms. Someone who instinctively knows what makes people stop scrolling, engage, share, and participate. The Digital Content Executive will help drive the organic social presence of GCCL brands by identifying trends, developing content ideas, working with creators, and translating consumer insights into high-performing social content. This role is ideal for creators, aspiring influencers, content strategists, social media enthusiasts, or individuals who spend significant time understanding and creating content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels. A successful candidate will play a key role in building culturally relevant, consumer-first content that strengthens brand love, engagement, and community participation. Roles and Responsibilities - Content Ideation & Trendspotting Continuously identify emerging social media trends, cultural moments, creator formats, and viral content opportunitiesDevelop platform-first content ideas designed to maximize engagement, shares, saves, and organic reachCreate content hooks, storytelling formats, and creative concepts tailored for short-form video platformsTranslate consumer insights and brand objectives into culturally relevant contentContent Creation Support Participate in content shoots, creator collaborations, and social content productionCapture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, creator-led, and trend-based content opportunitiesWork with agencies, creators, and internal teams to bring content concepts to lifeAssist in content planning and publishing across social platformsCreator & Community Engagement Identify emerging creators and influencer talent aligned with brand objectivesTrack creator trends and best practices across categoriesMonitor audience conversations, comments, and community feedback to identify content opportunitiesSupport community-building initiatives that increase consumer participation and engagementSocial Performance & Learning Monitor content performance and identify learnings from successful and unsuccessful contentTrack engagement metrics, audience behaviour, and content consumption trendsBuild recommendations for improving content effectiveness and organic growthDevelop a strong understanding of what drives platform-specific success Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Journalism, Design, Business, or related disciplines Work Experience: 0-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, creator marketing, digital marketing, community management, or related fields. Fresh graduates with exceptional content portfolios, creator experience, or strong social media credentials are encouraged to apply .
