Job Description : Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process) Location: Electronic City, Bangalore Salary - Up to 40K in hand - Depends on Experience Interview Mode : Virtual Freshers and Experience both are welcome. Need Strong English Communication. Key Responsibilities: Having some knowledge about BPO Industry. Handling basic Customer queries related to E-Commerce. Respond to customer questions and issues through calls. Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance to the Foreign Customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service and able to handle the Customer over phone Candidates should be willing to work in US shift. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services and policies to address customer concerns effectively.
