Key Responsibility Area (KRA) - Vision Rx Lab Designation - Manager-West Logistics (Domestic Business) Location - Mumbai Function in regard to outbound logistics - Handling couriers to ensure intime. - Evaluation of the performance of the couriers so that we can improve delivery faster. - Cost control of courier expenses. - Feedback of the customers in regard to delivery. Process Improvement - System and Process improvement of both inbound and outbound logistics. - Standardisation of logistics flow. - Materialisation of the customer feedback - Coordination with cross functional dept. - Also bring down Logistics Expenses-both Fuel and Courier cost. - Improvement in Last mile Delivery. - Expansion of Network Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
