Were Hiring: Senior Telecaller Export Lead Generation Charni Road, Mumbai Full-time | Office-based Amardeep Steel Centre LLP We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Telecaller to generate and qualify leads exclusively for our international export business. This is a senior lead-generation positionnot an inside-sales or order-closing role. The selected candidate will connect with overseas companies, identify the relevant decision-makers, introduce our company, understand their sourcing requirements and generate qualified opportunities for our export sales team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers across international markets Identify and connect with procurement managers, buyers, project managers and other decision-makers Introduce Amardeep Steel Centre LLP and its range of steel and piping products Understand the prospects business, purchasing requirements and sourcing potential Qualify prospects based on their requirements, purchasing authority, timelines and business potential Generate export enquiries and arrange meetings for the international sales team Conduct systematic follow-ups through calls, emails and WhatsApp Reconnect with inactive overseas customers and old export enquiries Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and lead status Update all activities in the CRM or lead-management tracker Achieve daily calling, qualified-lead and meeting-generation targets Provide clear lead handovers and relevant customer information to the export sales team Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, connections, leads and meetings generated Guide junior callers and contribute to improving calling scripts and follow-up methods Mandatory Experience and Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in international telecalling, export lead generation or overseas B2B appointment setting Proven experience in calling and communicating with customers outside India Strong spoken and written English with a clear, confident and professional communication style Experience in identifying overseas decision-makers and generating qualified business leads Excellent prospecting, questioning, listening, objection-handling and follow-up skills Comfortable working with international calling targets and performance measurements Proficiency in email, Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, CRM systems and online research Ability to communicate with overseas prospects during the relevant international business hours Disciplined, persistent and capable of independently managing a large follow-up pipeline Preferred Industry Background Experience in any of the following sectors will be strongly preferred: Steel, pipes, tubes, fittings, flanges or industrial raw materials Oil and gas, petrochemicals, power or EPC projects Engineering products, manufacturing or industrial exports International B2B trading or export-oriented organisations What Success in This Role Looks Like Regular conversations with genuine overseas decision-makers Consistent generation of qualified export leads and enquiries Meetings arranged with high-potential international customers Strong follow-up discipline with minimal lead leakage Accurate and updated CRM records Measurable contribution to the international sales pipeline About Amardeep Steel Centre LLP For more than four decades, Amardeep Steel Centre LLP has built a trusted name as an exporter, supplier and stockist of industrial steel and piping products.
