This position is exclusively assigned to support PeakView Capital, a US-based real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and managing value-add real estate investments. Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to support the acquisitions team. You will be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, performing financial underwriting, assisting with due diligence, and maintaining the acquisitions pipeline from sourcing through closing. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in commercial real estate, investment analysis, and financial modeling while working closely with a US-based investment firm. Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing & Market Research Research and identify potential acquisition opportunities. Build and maintain targeted databases of property owners, brokers, lenders, and sellers. Monitor investment platforms such as LoopNet, Crexi, broker listings, and other market sources. Support outbound outreach and follow-up communications. Maintain an organized CRM and acquisition database. Financial Analysis & Underwriting Build and maintain Excel-based financial underwriting models. Analyze rent rolls, operating statements (T-12), comparable sales, financing assumptions, and capital improvement budgets. Perform investment scenario analysis and sensitivity testing. Calculate acquisition metrics including IRR, Equity Multiple, Cash-on-Cash Return, Cap Rate, and DSCR. Prepare concise investment summaries and acquisition recommendation reports. Support pricing analysis and Letter of Intent (LOI) preparation. .
