The role ensures high-quality maintenance, secure operations, zero-defect service delivery, and continuous improvement across site activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance & Compliance - Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) at the site as per ISO standards. - Ensure WTG service and maintenance activities comply with OEM manuals, company SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. - Conduct incoming quality inspections of spare parts, tools, and consumables. - Verify documentation and maintenance records for completeness and accuracy. 2. Site Inspections & Audits - Perform routine site quality checks, audits, and random inspections on WTG service teams. - Identify non-conformities, prepare NCR reports, and follow up on corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). - Conduct pre- and post-maintenance inspections (PMI) for major component replacements. 3.
