Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding candidates. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Schedule interviews and maintain candidate trackers/MIS.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Assist with candidate documentation and pre-onboarding activities.Maintain accurate recruitment records and update recruitment dashboards.Support the team in preparing recruitment reports and hiring updates.Assist in employer branding and other HR initiatives as required. Requirements Graduate pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong follow-up and coordination skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.Prior internship or exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage.
