Senior Business Analyst - Insurance with AI (Bengaluru)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the insurance domain and AI to join our team, taking end-to-end ownership of requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and AI agent and prompt creation initiatives. Responsibilities - Take end-to-end ownership of requirements gathering sessions, from discovery phase to production - Analyze and participate in workshops and meetings with direct senior stakeholders - Navigate APIs to map attributes, derive requirements, and provide heatmaps - Elicit, document, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle - Write User Stories with Acceptance Criteria - Manage personal priorities and deliverables effectively and transparently - Lead scrum events, product backlog refinement, and grooming sessions - Conduct PIs and support Insurance Product Development Lifecycle activities - Create AI Agents and develop prompts to support business needs Requirements - 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis - Expert-level English proficiency - Background in Insurance domain and Insurance Product Development Lifecycle - Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and stakeholder management - Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects - Familiarity with Azure, Jira, or similar tools - Understanding of modern technologies at a high level - Hands-on experience with AI Agent creation and Prompt creation - Excellent soft skills with a business development mindset Nice to have - Experience in writing Acceptance Criteria in Gherkin format - Experience leading scrum events, product backlog refinement, and grooming sessions - Experience conducting PIs We offer - Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies - Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications - Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms - Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons - Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions - Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects - Focused individual development - Benefit package: - Health benefits - Retirement perks - Paid time off - Flexible benefits - Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.) .
