Job Descripon Trade Operaons Posion Title / Business Funcon / Department Posion Title: Associate Business Funcon: Operaons Department: Reconciliaons teams responsible for reconciling Cash, Trade and Posions between Internal data, (Accounng) and External data (Custodian/Banks) across all asset classes oered by the Bank, primarily Equies, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Derivaves. Responsibilies Ensure quality and me-ecient producon of reconciliaons across all asset classes. Ensure all process tasks are completed accurately and within dened melines. Respond to data queries and provide mely support to stakeholders. Ensure self and team escalate crical issues to the Department Head/Lead, thereby ensuring seamless process ow. Provide ideas to remove complexity and increase producvity through process improvement and Lean methodologies. Contribute acvely to documenng procedures and work instrucons. Engage posively with stakeholders and maintain a high level of service. Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to SLAs. Own, coordinate, and delegate work as required. Work across funcons to idenfy root causes of breaks and contribute to eecve resoluons. Adopt an AI-First problem-solving mindset, leveraging automaon, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven soluons to enhance process eciency, producvity, accuracy, and decision-making. Idenfy opportunies for process opmizaon, automaon, and digital transformaon within wealth management and nancial services operaons. Use AI and producvity tools such as Microso Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-enabled analycal plaorms to improve operaonal eciency and support informed decision-making. Must Have Experience in Investment Banking. Knowledge of various market asset classes. Knowledge of the end-to-end reconciliaon process. Knowledge of using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good to Have Intellimatch system experience. Key Skills & Competencies Cercaon or training in Arcial Intelligence (AI), Generave AI, Data Analycs, or related technologies will be an added advantage. Strong communicaon skills, with the ability to interact eecvely with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-funconal teams.
