Position: Area Manager Health Insurance Location: Patna, Bihar Industry: Health Insurance Joining: Only Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and performance-oriented Area Manager Health Insurance to lead and manage sales operations in Patna, Bihar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Health Insurance Sales, Team Management, Business Development, Field Sales, and Channel Development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets within the designated territory. Lead, manage, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals. Develop and strengthen distribution through Agency, Direct, and Partner channels. Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the territory. Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. Monitor team performance, productivity, and sales metrics and take corrective actions where required. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for business growth. Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and applicable regulatory requirements. Provide regular performance updates and business insights to management. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 5 years of experience in Health Insurance Sales. Minimum 5 years of experience in Team Handling/Team Management. Strong understanding of Health Insurance products and distribution channels. Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets. Experience in managing field sales teams. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. .
