Finance Controller

Job Overview We are looking for a Finance Controller to manage and monitor the company's finance and accounting activities. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting and finance activities.Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory compliance.Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other external parties.Support budgeting and financial planning.Analyze financial data and highlight important issues to management.Maintain proper financial controls and accounting processes.Identify and improve finance and accounting processes.Coordinate with the finance team and ensure work is completed on time.Communicate clearly with management, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.Requirements Semi-Qualified CAMinimum 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good attention to detail.Preferred Experience in month-end and year-end closing.Experience in handling audits.Experience in preparing MIS and management reports.Experience in managing a finance/accounting team.Compensation: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insuranceLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundApplication Question(s): Are you preparing for your CA exams Experience: Accounting: 3 years (Required)Language: English (Preferred)Work Location: In person .
