Chief Manager - Extended Warranty

Role: Senior Manager/ Chief Manager - Extended Warranty Job location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Job Purpose The product tower role for Extended warranty line of business will be a 360-degree learning opportunity offering cross-functional liaison with multiple teams such as Claims, Business, Reinsurance and others The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting channel for Top line growth while maintaining the profitability. The role will also entail P&L responsibility. The candidate will also be responsible for Product underwriting, regulatory compliance, improving system/process control efficiency and data analysis to bring action oriented results This role will also entail identifying new business opportunities and conduct market analysis to support product innovation and development Role and Responsibilities: Portfolio Analytics Portfolio review on regular interval and taking proactive action to control the loss ratio. Developing and implementing initiatives to monitor Combined ratio Underwriting Corporate underwriting of Extended Warranty, All Risk and Card liability products Business Enablement Contributing in growth of business by regular interaction with business teams and intermediary System development Coordinating with technology teams for maintaining the system and new requirements New Product development Product development as per customer requirements, market research and improve the effectiveness of the existing products Education & Experience requirements MBA/PGDM Preferred Education requirements BE / Btech Preferred Skills Good Understanding of consumer lines products Underwriting Sound analytical solution-oriented mindset Good communication skills .
