Pine Labs has an open Fintech Product & Business Analyst Intern position in Noida for motivated freshers and final-year students. You will work on live financial data, learn the controls a fintech & payments operates under, and finish with work you can genuinely talk about in interviews. About the role As a Fintech Product & Business Analyst Intern at Pine Labs, your core focus will be requirement gathering, product analytics and user-journey improvement. You will be attached to a named mentor, join the team's daily stand-ups and reviews, and be trusted with work that genuinely matters rather than filing and formatting. Questions are encouraged, mistakes are treated as teaching moments, and your output is reviewed properly so you actually improve. What you'll do day to day Support requirement gathering, product analytics and user-journey improvement alongside the core fintech & payments team Work in Excel and the company's internal systems on live financial data Prepare schedules, reconciliations and reports that go to real reviewers Research companies, customers, products or regulations as the work demands Turn your analysis into clear notes and decks for senior stakeholders Follow the documentation and control standards a regulated business requires Take part in reviews, ask questions and act on the feedback you receive Skills you'll build You will build practical, demonstrable experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Documentation, Product Analytics, SQL, Wireframing, Payments Domain, Agile / Scrum, Stakeholder Management, MS Excel, Structured Thinking the exact toolkit that separates a hireable finance fresher from a CV full of coursework. No prior work experience is required. Curiosity, numerical comfort and care with detail matter far more here than a polished rsum, and every one of these skills is taught on the job. Who should apply Students in their final year or recent graduates from MBA/B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/BCA based in or willing to work from Noida. You should be comfortable with numbers, willing to learn Business Analysis, Requirement Documentation, Product Analytics, and able to communicate clearly in writing. Relevant coursework, certifications (NISM, CFA L1, GST, Tally) or a strong academic record in Business Analysis will strengthen your application, but none of them are mandatory. Internship details This is a 3-month internship in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with a stipend of 23,000 per month. You will be given a defined project so that you leave with a shipped product improvement you specced yourself. Working hours follow the team's normal business hours and the internship includes a certificate on successful completion. By the end of the internship you will have hands-on command of the tools, reports and controls used daily in Indian financial services the practical grounding classroom finance does not give you.
