The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment. \ NResponsibilities \n - \ N - Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations\ N - Perform cost estimationand budgeting for interior projects\ N - Coordinate with design,procurement, and execution teams\ N - Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing\ N - Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material details\ N - Track project costs andsupport in cost control and optimization\ N - Assist in project planning and execution support\ N - Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates\ N \nQualifications \n - \ N - 2 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying\ N - Age below 32 years\n - Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying\ N - Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation\ N - Experience in residential interior projects\ N - Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow\ N - Strong analytical and communication skills\ N \nRequired Skills \ N - \n - BOQ Preparation\ N - Cost Estimation\n - Interior Fit-out\ N - AutoCAD\n - Vendor Coordination\ N - Project Coordination\ N \nPreferred Skills \ N - \n - Candidates from NICMAR (Pune) / RICS\ N - Experience in residential interior projects\ N - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines\ N \nPay Range and Compensation Package \ NAs per industry standards .
