As a Data Analyst in the expanding Data Science and Analytics team within the Consumer Marketing organization at McAfee, your role will involve designing, developing, and automating data tools and dashboards. Collaborating with Marketing specialists, you will create creative solutions, tools, and support for Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and automate data tools and dashboards for monitoring metrics in a scalable self-service manner.- Implement data hygiene, standardization, and transformation to optimize data processes.- Collaborate with Marketing specialists to provide creative solutions and tools for Build well-managed data solutions and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.- Validate metrics definitions regularly and define new metrics to aid successful business measurement.- Identify opportunities to automate reports, dashboards, and tools, and run data analysis to convert findings into customer insights for marketing Required:- A Masters or bachelors degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related fields is preferred.- 5 years of progressive experience in a data analyst role, including data mining, data transformation, and delivering insights.- 5 years of programming experience with SQL, Python, or R for exploring and transforming data within a relational database environment.- 3 years of experience in statistical testing (frequentist A/B testing, Bayesian A/B testing, or multivariate testing) and experiment design.- 3 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R Shiny, D3.js, etc.About McAfee:McAfee is a leader in personal security for consumers, focusing on protecting people rather than just devices.
