Job Description About the Company n n n Job Details: n n n Job Title: US Mortgage Live Underwriter (Conventional&Non-QM;) n n n Walk-in Interview Location: Navi Mumbai n n n Work Location: Navi Mumbai n n n Work Mode: Work from Office n n n Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts n n n About the Role n n n Experience: 25 Years n n n Qualification: Graduation (UG) is Mandatoryn n n Joining: Immediate Joiners&1 month Notice period Preferred n n n Responsibilities n n n Live Underwriter ,Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR mortgage loan applications. n Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, employment, and collateral. n Evaluate alternative documentation loans (Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, 1099, ITIN, and P&L; Only). n Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, investor, company, and regulatory guidelines. n Review and clear underwriting conditions and resubmitted documents. n Coordinate with processors, loan officers, brokers, and internal teams to support timely loan decisions. n n nn Qualifications n n n 25 years of US Mortgage Underwriting experience. n n n Required Skills n n n Strong experience in Live Underwritting ,Conventional, Non-QM, and/or DSCR underwriting. n Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, DU/LP, mortgage compliance, and risk assessment.n Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Encompass, CalyxPath, or similar platforms. n Robust analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. n n n Interested candidates share your updated resume, .
