* Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js. * Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, code review processes and technical best practices across the team. * Translate business/functional requirements into detailed technical solutions, HLD/LLD and solution architecture documentation. * Design and develop RESTful APIs/GraphQL services using Node.js and Express.js, with secure authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth). * Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React.js, Hooks, Context API and Redux. * Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, indexing and aggregation pipelines for performance. * Mentor and guide a team of developers, driving Agile/Scrum practices sprint planning, estimations and delivery tracking. * Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensure unit/integration testing coverage, and troubleshoot production issues with root-cause analysis. * Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes and Next.js is useful, but not mandatory unless specifically assigned.
